GIVE NOTHING. TAKE EVERYTHING.

The moment you were baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit, the enemy took notice. Not because you became a target of weakness, but because you became a carrier of something he lost and can never get back. This week we explored what it means to hold on to everything God has given you, stir up what is inside you, and take back what rightfully belongs to you.

You Have Been Raised to Something More

When you came up out of the water in baptism, that moment was not merely symbolic. It was a declaration that your old life is buried and a new one has begun. You were raised to walk in newness of life, with real power, real peace, and real promises. But here is what nobody always tells you: the enemy knows what you were given. His entire strategy from that day forward is to make you forget it, doubt it, or simply stop using it.

You were not saved to survive. You were raised to rise. The same God who brought you up from the water wants to keep lifting you higher in every area of your life. Your circumstances do not get the final word. Your past does not get the final word. God does. Take a moment today to remember what you have been given. You carry something real, something powerful, something the enemy cannot take unless you hand it over.

The Enemy Wants What You Have

The devil is not fighting you because you are weak. He is fighting you because you have something he lost and can never get back. He once stood in the glory of God and forfeited it all. You, a Spirit-filled believer, carry the very presence and power he threw away. That makes you a target. But here is what changes everything: he cannot take anything from you by force. The only way he wins is if you give those things up willingly, through discouragement, distraction, or simply forgetting what you carry.

There is a fight to encourage you to give away your promises, to let them drift to a shelf and get covered in dust until by action or inaction they are gone. You are not a victim in this story. You are a threat to the enemy's agenda. Walk like it today.

“There is a fight, there is a war to encourage us, to distract us, to try to get us to give away these promises, to give away these blessings, to let them drift off and go onto a shelf and get covered in dust and forget about them, and by action or inaction, give those blessings and promises away.”

You Still Have an Up

A just man falls seven times and rises again. Not once. Seven times, which in the language of Scripture means repeatedly, more than seems reasonable. That means falling is not the defining moment of your story. It is part of the journey. And every single time you fall, there is still more up available to you. God is not finished. His promises have not expired. The same power that raised Christ from the dead is alive inside you right now.

Do not let the enemy convince you that your best days are behind you or that you have used up all your chances. There is an uprising waiting to happen in your life, your home, and your future. All it requires is that you refuse to stay down one more time.

“Don't give away your up. Don't give away your up. Don't give away your up. You might have fallen, you might feel down, but you have an up here today.”

Stir It Up

There is a gift inside of you that does not run on autopilot. It has to be stirred. Paul told Timothy to stir up the gift of God within him, which implies the gift is there but needs to be activated. Praise stirs it up. Prayer stirs it up. Worship stirs it up. When you make a habit of seeking God you are not going through a routine. You are fanning a flame the enemy would love to see go cold.

The Holy Ghost in you is not a decoration. It is power. It is the hope of glory. It is Christ Himself living inside of you, ready to move when you give Him room to work. Do not wait until you feel like stirring. Start stirring, and the feeling will follow the faith.

“Why are you praising all the time? Why are you worshiping? Why do you listen to worship music all the time? What are you doing? Well, I'm stirring up the gift. I'm stirring some up.”

Take Back What Is Yours

God has already given you righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. That is not a future promise waiting to be unlocked someday. It is your inheritance right now. But promises that are not pursued tend to collect dust. The saints of the Most High shall possess the kingdom. Possess is an active word. It requires you to reach out and take what is already yours.

What has the enemy stolen from your home, your peace, your joy, or your faith? What promises have you let drift because life got hard? Today is the day to go get them back. God is not finished. His promises are still true. Make a decision today: give nothing, take everything.

“What could happen in your home? What could happen in your finances? What could happen in your walk with God if you would make a decision to give nothing but to take everything?”

You were raised to rise. You carry something the enemy has been fighting to take since the day you were saved. Stop handing it over. Stir it up. Take back what is yours. Give nothing, take everything.
